MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

 

This pillar covers the management and support of child abuse prevention organizations, including roles and responsibilities of management, nonprofit board development, grant proposal design and writing, outcome measurement, financial management, fund development/donor relationships, human resources, volunteer recruitment and training, and skills associated with leadership, management, and staff supervision, with a focus on raising the sustainability of these organizations. These courses are geared at those in leadership roles, including supervisors, as well as emerging leaders.
