This 3-hour session, designed by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) and facilitated through CalTrin, is intended for supervisors, managers, and leaders who have direct reports and conduct performance conversations.
Participants will learn practical tools to better prepare for and lead talent conversations that support employee growth and performance. The session introduces four talent types and two structured conversation models to help leaders plan and guide effective development discussions.
Space is limited. Participants must apply and will be selected to attend. Selected participants will receive a virtual training kit in advance. There is no cost to participate.
