Upstream Planning: Prevention and Systems of Care

With the support of CA’s Children and Youth System of Care Joint Resolution Team, representation from CYSOC member Associations, and the CDSS Family First Prevention Services (FFPS) Team, CFPIC is inviting all county AB 2083 teams, their fiscal and contracting partners, Comprehensive Prevention Planning (CPP) Teams, community partners, and all direct services staff to participate in this Virtual Convening Series!

This session focuses on how teams can leverage the work of CPP and SOC teams to create an integrated system and robust community pathways of “no wrong door” to accessing services and supports that incorporate prevention. The session will feature county examples and is the fourth of the Equipping Series.
