Emerging Leaders Development Program

The CalTrin Emerging Leaders Development Program is a FREE learning series designed for individuals who have been in leadership roles for less than 3 years (supervisors/managers with direct reports). Through a mix of interactive workshops, small group exercises, and self-reflection, you will gain practice, insight, and strategy for leading an effective and engaged workforce and organization, all at no cost! Over the course of 7 months, you will be challenged and supported as you learn and apply everyday practical strategies, culminating in a leadership stretch project.
