Title IV-E agencies that submitted a Letter of Intent (LOI) opting in to receive State FFPS SBG Grant Funds were eligible to begin submitting retroactive claims as of October 21, 2021. Agencies that did not submit an early intent to opt in do not have early access to SBG allocation and are not eligible to submit retroactive claims until they have submitted and received approval of their CPP.
