
In today’s diverse workplaces, conflicts are inevitable. This workshop provides tools to navigate challenging conversations, embrace differing perspectives, and foster mutual understanding. Participants will learn strategies for promoting open dialogue, resolving disagreements respectfully, and turning workplace conflicts into opportunities for growth.
By the end of this workshop, participants will:
- Apply practical tools for addressing communication breakdowns and navigating difficult conversations with confidence
- Strengthen team dynamics by transforming conflict into opportunities for learning and relationship-building
- Incorporate communication and conflict-resolution practices that sustain organizational effectiveness, improve collaboration, and reduce turnover
Who should attend: All staff of family resource centers (FRCs), child abuse prevention councils (CAPCs), community-based organizations, and other child- and family-serving systems.

- This is an interactive training. Please be prepared to participate in activities such as group discussions, breakout rooms, and/or demonstrations. Your training experience will be best with the use of a webcam, audio, and a training environment conducive to active participation.
- This training will be recorded. The recording will be available to registered learners within 2 days of the training.

MEET THE SPEAKER
Ronesha Jackson, MS is the Founder and Chief Leadership Officer of Evolve Training Coaching Facilitation (EvolveTCF), a leadership development company that supports nonprofit leaders and teams in building strong, sustainable organizations that serve their communities well.
With over a decade of experience working alongside mission-driven organizations, Ronesha partners with boards, executive leaders, and staff to strengthen leadership practices, team culture, and organizational clarity. Her work is rooted in facilitation, reflection, and practical tools that help teams navigate complexity while staying grounded in their values.
Ronesha holds a Master of Science with a concentration in Nonprofit and Association Management and brings a community-informed, practice-oriented approach to inclusive leadership. Her work focuses on helping leaders translate equity and inclusion principles into everyday leadership behaviors, decision-making, and team practices that support belonging, accountability, and shared responsibility.
