Protective Factors Framework Overview & Resources

 

In this 1-hour webinar, we will review the Protective Factors framework, an evidence-informed tool for strengthening families and reducing the likelihood of child abuse and neglect. Join to learn about free resources and training available to  staff of FRC’s, CAPC’s and other child abuse prevention organizations as they work to integrate this framework into their everyday practices.

 

Learners will:

  • Review the protective factors as an evidence-informed framework
  • Define the 5 protective factors for strengthening families
  • Share free protective factor resources and trainings

 

Who should attend: All staff of family resource center (FRCs), child abuse prevention councils (CAPCs), and other family-serving organizations.
