Allyship

This training focuses on learning what is an ally, who defines what allyship is and who is an ally. The facilitator walks through examples of allyship in the workplace and what common actions of performative allyship are mislabeled as allyship. This session reviews a framework for allyship which presents applicable actions everyone can take towards being an ally in the workplace.
