Quality by Design: Building an Effective Continuous Quality Improvement System at your Human Services Organization
Is your organization facing challenges implementing and sustaining quality improvement practices that center inclusion, drive effective service delivery, and improve outcomes for families? Chapin Hall’s Yolanda Green-Rogers and Claire Kimberly, nationally respected CQI experts, will present a framework to assess and strengthen your CQI system, empowering your organization to drive sustainable change. Guest speakers from two human services organizations will also share how the framework can be used to build: • a strong data infrastructure that supports evidence-based decision-making, • an inclusive governance structure that elevates underrepresented voices, and • comprehensive and sustainable improvement cycles.
You will receive hands-on tools, including an assessment rubric and a directional guide, to inform your efforts to identify strengths and gaps in your current CQI system. This session is ideal for CQI practitioners, program staff and agency leaders ready to strengthen their organizations’ approach to improvement and foster a culture of continuous learning.
