Over the course of 7-months, you will be challenged and supported as you learn and apply everyday practical strategies – ending with a leadership stretch project.

Workshop and Training Topics will include:

  • Strengths-Based Leadership
  • Supervising for Success
  • Delivering Effective Feedback
  • Navigating Difficult Performance Conversations
  • Leading Through Change
  • Developing Others Through Coaching

Who Should Attend: Team Leads, Supervisors and/or Managers with less than 3 years of leadership experience.
