Understanding and Preventing Suicide Deaths and Attempts in California

This week’s Virtual Lunch and Learn session from the Council on Criminal Justice and Behavioral Health will provide an overview of the CDPH Office of Suicide Prevention, including their Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI)-funded projects, the Youth Suicide Prevention Media and Outreach Campaign (Never a Bother) and the Youth Suicide Reporting and Crisis Response Pilot Program. Embedded in this discussion will be information on suicide and self-harm trends in California across a variety of demographic characteristics.
