Emerging Leaders Development Program

The CalTrin Emerging Leaders Development Program was designed for individuals who have been leadership roles for less than 3 years (supervisors/managers with direct reports). Through a mix of interactive workshops, small group exercises and self-reflection, you will gain practice, insight, and strategy for leading an effective and engaged workforce and organization. Over the course of 7-months, you will be challenged and supported as you learn and apply everyday practical strategies – ending with a leadership stretch project.
