This highly interactive workshop will help leaders create a culture of personal and group accountability in the workplace. Participants will learn strategies and frameworks for increasing individual ownership and assess the level of accountability within their current team. This workshop is not centered on how to deliver disciplinary conversations for poor performance; however, we will have the opportunity to briefly address effective methods for tracking and assessing staff performance.
