Building The Bridge from Planning to Implementation: 2023 Statewide Collaborative Prevention Convening

MAY 16-17, 2023

DAY 1: May 16, 9 AM – 12:30 PM – Half-Day Virtual

DAY 2: May 17, 9 AM – 4 PM – Full-Day Hybrid; County teams will meet in person at a local site and will connect virtually with presenters and other teams for plenary sessions.

CONVENING OBJECTIVES:

• Provide support to Counties to begin their shift from planning to implementation of their Family First Prevention Services (FFPS) Program.
• Provide support to Counties in the various stages of building their Comprehensive Prevention Plan (CPP).
• Learn from other CPP teams about their innovations and lessons learned around involving community, tribes, and those with lived experience.
• Provide teams in each county with an opportunity to build their mutual connections as a foundation for sustained collaboration.
