A Prevention Planning Journey: Lessons Learned from San Diego

This peer-sharing workshop will highlight San Diego’s prevention journey, including their efforts and plan to center equity, inclusion and lived experience in the work; increase and improve cross-sector partner engagement; improve access and utilization of services; and increase capacity for service delivery best practices and early childhood mental health consultation. Areas of focus will include San Diego’s Community Information Exchange (CIE) and considerations and strategies for community involvement. This workshop will include lots of interaction, including exchange of success factors, lessons learned and fails forwards, as well as ample time for questions.
