DESCRIPTION:Every year\, Substance Use Disorders and Mental Health challenges impact millions of people across the country. That said\, there are 23 million people in recovery from SUDs and an additional 44 million in recovery from mental health conditions. And while our systems of care have made significant strides\, members of disproportionately impacted communities continue to experience barriers to quality care and recovery supports.
